Technology drives change. People drive transformation.
Technology is reshaping industries at an unprecedented pace.
Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and emerging technologies are redefining the way organisations operate, compete and grow.
But behind every successful transformation is something far more powerful than technology itself.
People.
The leaders who set the vision.
The specialists who build solutions.
The teams who embrace change and turn innovation into real business impact.
At NORVA, we believe successful transformation begins by identifying the people capable of driving it.
Because technology may enable the future.
But people are the ones who create it.
AI changes the skills required
PwC’s 2026 Global AI Jobs Barometer found that skills in the occupations most exposed to AI were changing more than twice as fast as those in the least exposed occupations. Its global comparison uses changes in job-advertised skills between 2019 and 2025. Exposure describes how AI can affect tasks; it does not mean those jobs will disappear.
Hire for adoption as well as expertise
For employers, we see a need to assess more than familiarity with a particular tool. Ask candidates to explain how they introduced a new way of working, checked the quality of its output and helped colleagues adopt it. Combine technical capability with judgement, communication and the ability to keep learning as the work evolves.
PEOPLE.
